MPs in the UK are going to start asking Kraft questions about the takeover, according to the BBC.
From the story:
Before its bid was accepted, Kraft told the BBC: "We believe we would be in a position to keep the Somerdale plant operating and we are sincere about that."
However it now says that it only become aware of how advanced plans for the new Poland factory were after the takeover deal had been agreed.
That is just complete and utter bullshit: they would have had to have been aware of the Poland deal -- announced in 2007, don't forget! -- from the due diligence that must happen as part of the takeover.
These corporate types are nothing but greedy scumbags who are happy to lie and cheat as much as they need to in order to squeeze the very last penny from anyone in their way. I would hope they get their arses kicked good and proper on this one, but it's not going to happen: the bastard corrupt MPs are in no position to accuse anyone else of corruption. Fsck, politicians and businessmen sicken me...

Had the pleasure of tasting one of these Hershey Bars lol bit bitter and chalky I though. Tastes better if its been in the refrigerator for a few hours first though.
