Consequences of the UK leaving Europe

Re: Consequences of the UK leaving Europe
Why do you think Europe has been at peace for so long. It wasn't because of trade ties, because Europe has been trading for centuries. The German warships in WW1 were insured by Lloyds of London.
Is that fact we have been forced to debate with one another in a central Government more of the reason. Norway has not been involved in many wars. I am not aware of the Norwegian empire.
England is not like Norway in many ways.
If we leave the EU will this closeness of the nations disappear?

Maybe they should just split England into 2 countries, those who want to stay move south of the Watford Gap, and those who want to leave can move north.

They got it out of their systems early. The Vikings (including the Norwegian Vikings) took vast quantities of land from others, including a large part of the east of England. The English are now part Viking.

They won't be happy to hear that once Iceland knock them out of the Euros on penalties ...

I should also mention that the Normans were also Vikings, so that makes the British doubly Viking, and a lot of the French as well.

They would probably be even less happy to learn that Iceland is also stuffed with Vikings, so all those people should actually be on just the one team.

I'm a bit short for a Viking though, but my nose isn't big enough to be Roman, so I'm probably a Celt.
