I'm sorry but I've just diagnosed you with dementia (have you already forgotten?!) which means you don't get to participate in the world anymore. Please stop talking now.

I didn’t realize having a stutter was now classed as dementia.

A lot more common sense in that clip than all of Trump’s Coronavirus press conferences put together. Of course that’s an incredibly low bar.

Democrats have lost the plot by picking Biden. Sadly, Trump is going to win. Biden seems very lost .

The prospect of “debates” between President Trump and the democratic candidate is interesting though. For three plus years now, Trump has only spoken in public in situations where he’s dominated. See the way he’s consistently rude and overbearing toward journalists in press events, for instance. He talks a lot of maundering nonsense and he’s not challenged or pressed on whatever he’s said. The debates will be very different.

They have one chance to put Governor Cuomo or Michelle Obama in there. Either of them could win.

Probably not Michelle because fence sitters might see it as a sort of nepotism.

But you have Barack Obama with her on the campaign trail for what that would be worth.

I'm not convinced there will be any debates.

Yes, true, that’s a definite possibility.

I also think Susan Collins is going to struggle this time, her votes to acquit Trump and confirm Kavanaugh will be front and center of the campaign plus her approval rating has dropped significantly.

Kansas could also be in play if Kris Kobach wins the GOP primary.

Colorado can and may re-elect a Republican senator. It is not a locked-down Blue State.

Collins is the White Whale who is the #1 or #2 target every time she's up but never even gets into a close race. The media has unfairly labeled her a "moderate" when as you noted she reliably backs whatever Republican thing is going on, regardless of what it is. That isn't new behaviour from her it's been going on for 20 years.

Don't hold your breath on Kansas.

That being said -

If Hickenlooper is the nominee in Colorado, the trendlines look good.

If Sara Gideon is the nominee in Maine, she has proven her fundraising prowess and Collins may finally get into a close race.

The road map to a Democratic Senate goes AZ-CO-NC-ME + Presidency so the VP can break the tie.

In Alabama, Doug Jones is probably gone if Sessions is the opponent. If it's Tuberville, that's a wild card. So the Democrats need four seats minimum to get to 50, not three.

Maybe more. Gary Peters' numbers in Michigan aren't stellar. If the 2016 trend there doesn't reverse he could be in real trouble.

Thom Tillis is in trouble in North Carolina. That will be a must-win.

If Biden gets a big lead, maybe he has coattails and a few other seats drop into play.

The demographics and historical trends of AZ-CO-NC-ME make me think they will all break the same way. MI could be different.

I really hope that GA will be in play this year, especially with an appointment coming to an end both of our Senate seats are on the ballot.

I would love to ditch the sycophant that is David Perdue while also putting a Dem in other seat that Kelly Plouffler (or however you spell it) was appointed too, but even 1 of the 2 would be a mighty achievement.

I have heard that my Representative is going to stand for the appointed seat (Doug Collins) - suffice to say I won't be voting for that pleb, I don't think he'll get through the R primary.

They will debate with a phone in audience and no hand shakes. That is the only way they can do it.
