Still waiting for my Big Pharma check for those pro vaccine posts I always make.

They dropped it from a plane over your house, along with all the mind control gas.

The paid shill argument is based purely on the idea that someone would have to be paid to write X, rather then doing it in their own time to get their own opinion across. Except that everyone knows that millions of people will do that for free.

Where it gets more interesting is when people start to think that all opposing views are paid shills, so therefore they themselves are the righteous few with pure motives rather than the sad truth that they are really just a minority of disagreement (although not necessarily wrong). It's basic narcissism, probably a bit of paranoia in there too. It's when you think that people are spying on you or conspiring against you, either personally or on your group, that you should start seeing a doctor.

That's 100% correct, of course.

That being said, I would absolutely, no question shitpost all over the internet if someone offered me money to do so.

That sort of thinking starts when your leader says things like "the main stream media is biased and is lying to you, only I speak the truth". Which has essentially been the GOP strategy for the last 8 years. They are now reaping the results.

You know how the press always remarks on a female politician's shoes or what not. Well, here is a critique of Trump's suits.

The slightly buried lede being he might be buying ready-to-wear suits. A supposed billionaire buying ready-to-wear!

I doubt he is buying ready to wear. He is just a fat pig with a malformed body. He must not be wearing tailor made because if he is..the tailor stinks.

Be nice to Gordon. It was cool of him to take time off from his conspiracy theory and World War Three threads.

Has Donald blamed the mic's again this time around? He was sniffing like a coke addict again in the last debate.

I had the great misfortune to listen to the entire thing on the radio while waiting for a flight on Sunday. Very depressing event. What a scumbag. Don't know if it would have been more or less depressing to see it as well as listen ...

There was definitely LESS of the 'assaulting women' topic than I expected, and Donald was almost his normal self. That is - he was an obnoxious SOB but not much worse than ever before ...

Apparently there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for that - he's just marking his thoughts.

Like cocking your leg, except with your nose. Makes perfect sense to me.

In a way it does. Bulls snort and make noises with their noses when they're being aggressive. With all that stalking around and pacing, he was behaving like a barnyard animal. I swear there were times I saw him paw at the ground.
