Republicans want to take us back to the 1950s when groping was just a bit of fun at the office. It's also why they seem to care more about his vulgarity than his batshit crazy "policies".
Deflection can be a very effective technique when done properly. This however was clumsy. My wife is in pr and has done media training. She did speculate that the campaign brought in some top NYC maven (possibly even someone she knew) to try to train him though by all accounts he is untrainable. She hoped they had an ironclad contract and a huge fee paid upfront in cash.
I also wonder about all of these people he has around him, have they been paid? Because anybody Trump doesn't want to pay (that's anybody that's ever done work for him) he just claims they did a bad job so he doesn't owe the money. If he loses this election then I can't imagine he'll pay anybody.
I thought it was an interesting slip of the tongue by KellyAnne Conway the other day in an interview ... she referred to Mr. Trump as "her client" not as her employer.

So Don has been on the Tweeter machine again today:
I can't wait for what's coming next, now he isn't restrained any more...
Any bets? I'm going for Vince Foster's skeleton front row at the next debate.

That farce with the women just completely took away any illusion that Trump is in this for anything other than becoming the new Limbaugh. What we watched was just a way to shame her as a woman and somehow tarnish her as a bad person because her husband needs to **** other women --- obviously because she's not a 10.

Taking bets on whether or not Pence will stay the distance...
It makes me wonder about Melania, is there a certain gardener or pool boy somewhere, because there is no way Trump is a 10.

What with the sniffing and all, is anyone else starting to think that there are occasions when Trump locks himself in his bathroom with his mobile phone and a line of coke?
The last debate needs to be cancelled. As somebody else said, it's pointless and depressing.

I agree completely that there is no need for another debate. Debate isn't even an appropriate description of the event, as he takes no notice whatsoever of the questions and just delivers personal attacks throughout. There is no debating of the issues and no-one learns anything they don't already know about the candidates. I felt bad for those poor people who were trapped on the dais with him the other night, it must have been so uncomfortable for them.
The other thing that drives me nuts is all the interrupting and speaking over the other person. The organizers should have the ability to just cut the mic when someone goes way over their time and won't shut up.
I can't think of a single thing McCain has ever said that would even remotely class as 'foul mouthed'
