Great one to keep in the bathroom, that. Weekly World News for a laugh while you're on the throne, then the Daily Mail for when you're done.

Don't wipe your arse on a newspaper for real though, it can't be pleasant.

I was responding to Wintersong's frustration that nobody is covering this story. You now say you won't believe it because you don't like Huffpo and nobody else is covering it yet. I'm sure you fail to see the irony.
I do know that rape is a criminal issue and this is a civil action.

This is Murica, anybody can sue anybody for anything.

And this is why women, even in 2016, can't report rape or sexual assault. She was 13 when it happened. I guess we should throw her in jail for being out after curfew.

Civil suits are what happens after the statute of limitations has passed.

You do know that Paula Jones also filed a civil suit, right?

To be totally impartial, the details of the case are a bit OTT, even if we are talking about Trump. Having said that, the whole sordid business with Epstein is incredibly murky, so who knows.

I'm inclined to believe Jill Harth, since what she alleges Trump did is pretty much what he himself said he does.

Either way, if unproven allegations against Bill Clinton are something the country should be concerned about when his wife is running for president, I'd have thought that unproven allegations against Trump are also something we ought to be having a conversation about.

It's on that borderline of murky but believable. The time factor would seem to count against it a little, witness memories might be fuzzy I don't know. I suspect that like his taxes little will come of it.

While Clinton may have done and said things that one could consider disqualifying her from being a good President, her defending her family and going after women who presented a threat is not one of them. I actually give her credit for putting her family above her personal hurt. You would think these women would have the decency to be ashamed and certainly not parade themselves in front of Chelsea Clinton on national television.

Whether one is a Trump supporter or not shame on him for bringing those women to the debate- plus he has no one to blame for losing the election, if he had or could focus precisely on issues and change he would have had a chance to win.

And his campaign's illegal solicitations of overseas donations... which seems to have been completely ignored.

I'm pretty sure he was left here with no intent of taking him back. He's our problem now.

The criminal allegations from Paula Jones and Juanita Brodderick against (Bill) Clinton were investigated by Kenneth Starr et al back in the 90's. He found there to be nothing worth pursuing. Given Starr's tenacity in going after Clinton for other matters, I hardly think he was giving Clinton a free pass on this. So dragging these women up as a "political prop" 20 years later is pretty darned sad.

I agree. I've never felt that Hillary should be questioned for any of her reactions to Bill's cheating. Nobody knows how they would react in that situation. Personally, I think she should have kicked his ass to the curb years ago but that's just me.

I've said this before, Trump had a very significant chance of winning this election. He seems to be sabotaging himself in every conceivable way. The attention, and winning a public brawl, is much more important to him than any policy issues.

That is what I do not understand, he could have played it so differently, makes you think either it is a total ego thing or just a game.

PS I got a truck load of wood in between posts.
