Did you really think Bush had a good night?

For me he just seemed to end up in the 'didn't do enough' category... again.

Trump is actually starting to tire of abusing him, which is sort of bad news for Bush.

Trump was trumped by Bush. Doesn't the Donald realize that a policy of banning all Muslims from entering the US will only result in distancing himself from US allies in the middle east. We still have allies there though Trump is too blockheaded to realize that.

How could he as President gather a coalition of ground forces from Arab countries to fight ISIS in the same fashion that a coalition was formed to kick Saddam out of Kuwait? Bush had to bring this to his attention.

The rest of them just blew hot air. Not much substance on anything although Kasich did at times come up with some good reponses.

All these GOP debates amount to is trashing Hilary and Obama. What a lousy President he has been, what a lousy President she would be.

How short their memories are. Why did Obama become President? Simple answer, for the most part after eight years of the idiot Dubya the nation was in shell shock. McCain might have stood a better chance against Obama but he blew it by appointing a Bimbo as his running V.P

It's as though Bush never happened. Convenient collective amnesia.

Kerry blew it the other day when he gave a press conference re the US sailors taken by the Iranians. His lap dog attitude towards the Iranians for being so co-operative in releasing the sailors soon after must have left a sour taste in the mouths of many Americans when a video showed the sailors kneeling with their hands behind their heads guarded by Iranian coast guard, a video that was shown around the world. It's quite clear that as far as the Iranian leaders are concerned the US is still very much the hated enemy. I think this intentional act of humiliation deserves another nine month extension of the current sanctions against Iran

As though the US would act any differently if Iranian military ships had entered US territorial waters. Iran was the country in the right here, not the US.

The Iranians missed a golden opportunity to play the good hosts to the Navy people and get them on their way ASAP. That would have undercut most of the arguments being used against them by the Republican candidates.

Hosts? Wtf were those boats doing to Iranian territorial waters? That's the real issue. I'm sure they didn't just pop over for tea and biscuits. The Iranian actions were completely appropriate as a response to a military incursion into their territory.

Also didn't realize the Iranians were required to pander to the stupidity of Republican candidates.

Evidently your knowledge of the incredible value of propaganda is sadly lacking.

You also probably think we would blow Iranian military vessels out of the water if they were, let's say, to fire unguided missiles within, let's say, 1500 meters of one of our capital ships.

If the US is so bothered about its capital ships, perhaps it shouldn't be so provocative as to have them less than 1500 meters of Iranian territorial waters?

Which allies did you have in mind? Presumably not Israel?

Well, Israel has citizens who are Muslims, so would be affected by a U.S. ban.
