Maybe, maybe not. One of the main ways the insurance companies are keeping costs down is with very restricted local provider networks. Out of state companies would have much more difficulty trying to negotiate with local providers.

It's the providers that are driving the rise in healthcare costs.

As I said, trying to build unity with American right wingers is an utter waste of time. It is not possible to negotiate with terrorists.

If Obama cured cancer, the GOP would denounce it as a war on oncology. It makes no sense to take these idiots seriously.
