I didn't catch the Democrat debate, so someone let me know... Is Hillary's penis bigger than Trump's?

Because that immunity essentially just cut out frivolous law suits from activists?

I've been seeing lots of discussion about the 'enthusiasm gap' between Clinton (supporters) and Trump (supporters).

Surely, if it comes down to Clinton/Trump, there will be a huge amount of enthusiasm against Trump? I can see Democrats not being 'enthused' about Clinton, but I can't imagine those same Democrats sitting idle when the thought of "President Trump" looms on the horizon. Agree?

If so, said immunity is therefore pointless.

I agree with you, in a rational legal system.

Sanders searching for a word to describe Clinton's super PAC backing: "I hate to say the word 'huge.'"

Reality Check: Clinton on gun used in Sandy Hook shootings

By Sonam Vashi, CNN

Speaking about the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Hillary Clinton said, "I want people in this audience to think about what it must feel like to send off your first-grader, little backpack maybe on his or her back, and then the next thing you hear is that somebody has come to that school using an automatic weapon, an AR-15, and murdered those children."

On December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lanza shot and killed 20 first-graders and six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

Lanza brought three guns into the school and left one in his car, according to search warrants and a statement from a top prosecutor.

The weapons were:

- A semiautomatic Bushmaster XM-15 rifle, which is a brand name of a type of an AR-15, was the primary rifle used;

- A Glock 10 mm handgun;

- A Sig Sauer P226 9 mm handgun;

- And a 12-gauge shotgun that Lanza left in his car.

All of the weapons were purchased legally by Lanza's mother, who Lanza shot and killed at their home before the shooting at Sandy Hook.

When the trigger of an automatic weapon is pulled, the gun will constantly fire bullets until pressure is removed from the trigger, or until the magazine is empty. In semiautomatic mode, only one bullet is released when the trigger is pulled. To fire another bullet, the trigger must be pulled again.

Clinton says that Lanza used an automatic weapon, when the AR-15 used by Lanza was a semi-automatic.

Verdict: False.

Odd that the knife manufacturers don't have similar immunity then. Perhaps the National Knife Association doesn't have such deep pockets?

Lawyers are not going to be interested unless there is lots of money in it for them.

My neighbour's cat just got run over by a Ford SUV with a drunken driver at the wheel. My neighbor is going to see his attorney about holding the Ford Motor Company accountable.

Hey! The buck stops at the top right? :lol:

Wherever you can get the most loot anyway. The drunk SUV driver certainly has far less of it than Ford.

Just goes to show how daft and lying anti-gun politicians become whenever there's a routine mass shooting. The least they could do is tell the truth about the assault weapons used and not exaggerate their deadliness.

He's always seemed to me to present himself as a secular humanist but as Sir Eccles pointed out the 'Jewish atheist' is very common. He's probably treading a fine line on that one, due to the rampant religious immaturity in this country, I can't say I blame him there, sadly.

But hey religion aside, isn't it great that we have the perennial gun circlejerk to distract us from all those piddling little non-issues like poverty, infrastructure and the like?

Had Ford checked the drivers sobriety record before providing a car to the Dealer to sell to him.
