Good question. The dead justice was found lying on his bed with a pillow over his head.

But lots of people sleep with a pillow over their heads. Don't we all?

[Providentially, the good justice's timely demise should work out fairly well for the union in the case mentioned by the RoadWarrior.]

I think most people assume that Obama will appoint somebody unacceptable, will be a month or so before we find out.

Maybe they'll attach a rider for military appropriations and a pay rise for Senators?

Finally he threatens it. It was obvious he was going to try it at some point.

But he signed a piece of paper saying he wouldn't.

Plot twist, Trump is a closet Bernie Sanders supporter. With support for Sanders at an all time high, he now sets out his stall to run as a third party candidate to split the vote, should Sanders win the Democratic nomination.

You heard it here first

Quite frankly this is the first action of Trump's that I can fully get behind. Split that vote Donald!

Very interesting analysis, especially the 'primary' angle.

To the brain trust - what are the chances of the Dems winning the senate in 2016?

I despise so much about the man, but I can't help but applaud him for
1) Hitting Bush hard on Iraq
2) Hitting Bush hard on 9/11
3) Saying Planned Parenthood does wonderful things for women.

Now that Rand Paul is gone, and Ron Paul isn't running, it's great to see Trump up there saying these things on the Republican stage. In the old days (prior elections), Ron Paul was a marginal player so tended to say his piece and get ignored, but now we have the front-runner saying these things - priceless!
