But his emails are different...
State Department: Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice staffers received classified info via personal email - CNNPolitics.com

If anyone in our company asked to use personal email accounts I'd tell them to eff off, including the CEO.

Sorry. The goalposts didn't move. I assumed, as a given to the thesis, that the FBI would recommend indictment and that Obama would then decide yes or no to the indictment depending on whether he thought she would lose to a viable Republican. That would get her out of the way and give the Ds a chance if he though she'd lose, or there was a better D candidate.
I assumed anyone with an IQ above room temperature (which should be at least some on this thread) would understand the original assumption. You understood that assumption well enough to drag the Colin Powell red herring across the path to deflect, get equivalence, or otherwise muddy the pond.

Powell had emails on a private email account that were later classified ; Clinton had emails on a private email account that were later classified. I certainly acknowledge there are differences in what each did, but the Powell revalation is hardly a "red herring".

They're talking about the Hillary death penalty thing on MSNBC. What say everybody? I don't like state sanctioned murder. I don't think it's a deal breaker for my vote though.

I see MSNBC is now giving Kasich the "kiss of death" by saying how sensible and reasonable he is.

in history, does she go hard right and continue to support something as barbaric as the death penalty?

Presumably not if a gun is involved? Electrocution?
