Ouch! Big blow for Ted Cruz, as Terry Branstad is not a fan.

Branstad says he wants Cruz defeated in Iowa

Cruz is not a fan of ethanol, and IA gets a shit ton of money from ethanol.

The irony being that Cruz's dislike of ethanol subsidies is actually one of his more sensible policies.

He should make her his VP pick. That's always fun.

That's probably what she is hoping for.

I considered voting for McCain in '08 until he selected Palin. Such a sellout by him.

Palin should become Trumps Secretary of State. She has demonstrated a keen insight into foreign affairs as was shown when she was McCain's running mate and especially Russia which she has been studying intently from her back yard

Yes, it was a massive error of judgement on McCain's part. I've always felt he's been a good Senator, and I've got a lot of respect for him, but he seemed to keep tacking to the right when running for President, probably because he got burned by Bush back in 2000.

The McCain of 2000 was what I was hoping for. But, yeh, he tacked radically right in '08 to satisfy the crazies, culminating in the selection of Palin. I lost most of my respect for him at that point.

As he is my senator, I am compelled to say "meh" opinions vary on that front.

I believe I heard that he's running for re-election... again.

Surely it's time to sign off now.

Whoa.

Sara Palin is officially a washed up hack. Donald Trump may have just jumped the shark. Good God. What a freak show.

Just saw some excerpts from the rally. I am honestly speechless. My wife is just embarrassed.
