Me too! 
There has only been one spider that OH had to murder cos it wouldnt fit up the Dyson............luckily I never saw it but I believe it was massive and hairy! He told me not to come inside, so I stood outside jumping up and down screaming with goosebumps the bloody lot!

Don't rethink COME. Rainy season will be over by the end of the week then it just gets hotter and hotter!

One screaming fit every 3 months or so........its worth it
I even find myself lying in bed watching the tiny spiders running across the ceiling and it doesnt really bother me now Now let me tell ya........a few years ago we had booked a holiday to Thailand and I cancelled it and ended up in Lanzabloodyrote cos of my phobia
Since then we have been to the Carribean and Malaysia Its not that bad, I promise!

We are hoping to spend about 2 years travelling through Portugal, South of France and Spain - keepin our options open really with a view to maybe relocating there eventually.

Nah as soon as we can afford the caravan we will be coming over - just trying to finish the house then we can save up for our accomodation

Love it.
It is the REAL RURAL SPAIN!
It has a pace of it's own here. The people are lovely, tapas is free, wine is great, fiesta every 2 weeks, somewhere, and someone always comes and takes you there.
We all network, have good connections and work together to integrate into the community. No lager louts here!

It is the REAL RURAL SPAIN!
It has a pace of it's own here. The people are lovely, tapas is free, wine is great, fiesta every 2 weeks, somewhere, and someone always comes and takes you there.
We all network, have good connections and work together to integrate into the community. No lager louts here!

Hiya Matt - Oz is off for the forseeable future - now we've sat down and worked out the finances we cant afford to go at the moment - we recon we will need about 40k to make sure we can get over and survive for 2 years if we cant get jobs straight away and we aint got that sort of money - so move over we may be sharing a caravan with you xxx
