I'd have to believe that just as being Spanish has something to do with being born in Spain (and arguably to Spanish parents) what makes someone British is AFAIK, being born in Britain (and arguably, to British parents).

You can make up your your own version, though. Plenty of that going around (and always has), so it doesn't really make you all that unique, in fact I'd argue it makes you pretty common.

I'm not sure he is, on the Portuguese forum he's been very helpful and obviously has a knowledge of the country. He clearly feel passionate about certain subjects but most trolls would not have the resilience or put in the effort as has been shown.
