Strikes don`t happen over night, there would have been ill feeling within the community, it would have been common knowledge.

So how would the council respond to a person who cannot communicate in there language, is making complaints about there lack of service and is completely unaware of the strike.:o

Doesn`t help the sterotyped imagine they have of English Guiri`s.
