Lampy baby, I have to say I struggle with your "English", write in Spanish, at least that way some of us will understand you.

4) The Gibraltarians always are british while they are considered as tax haven. For example, if the UK don't want Gibraltar, and Spain says Gibraltarians: " You will be Spanish and also a tax haven" ...I can then ensure that the Gibraltarians would feel the most Spanish of the world. This is not an issue of nationality, is of economic status

So its jealousy that is driving Spain?
Strange thing is that it's probably us that should have got jealous watching Spain rake in huge wads of cash which they hardly knew how to spend, from our own EU subs and at the same time raking it in from the tourist and building industry, simply because they were fortunate enough to have been born in a pleasant climate. Now their chickens have finally come home to roost, we see one or two like Rel. who are howling like babies, that just had their chocolate taken away. |

Re: Problems in Gibraltar again
Try putting a paragraph into google and translate to Spanish, then put the result to translate to English and you will get relempago speak. Not that I am saying he is doing that like;)

Re: Problems in Gibraltar again
Anyone see the Eurovison Song Contest last night? No, nor me, better things to do with my time! However reading the Spanish press about Gib, someone had written in about the English.
Son la escoria de la humanidad. Ayer vimos cómo toda Europa mostraba su desprecio a los ingleses. We are the dregs of humanity, yesterday all of Europe showed their contempt for us! ;) So I just looked it up, seems we came next to last. Worried? Not a jot! |

I think that it is great to see Relampago - clearly a Spaniard - on this site. The future for us here is in participation and integration. We may not agree with him, but he's talking to us (more than many Spaniards are prepared to do, I might add).
Relampago, tienes todo mi respeto. |

Piss taker & DD in the post before yours.
I used to be the first one to jump in and say take it easy lads, but not any more. Problem is he often dives in on the basis of some trivial comment and immediately launches into an all out full scale anti Brit broadside covering all our differences during the last 500 years. so it's little wonder he gets the odd bit of sand thrown back in his face at times. I doubt he'd ever take the huff enough to go away, and nor would I ever want him to, as once he jumps off his anti-Brit bike for a while, he shows himself to be a quite intelligent and knowledgable guy. What sort of English he uses, google or otherwise, I couldn't care a toss, at least he gets his message over, just as no doubt we do in return. Kind regards Lampy, no hard feelings, I hope. ;) |

I wonder why the UK actually bothers with it anymore. We have been at the bottom for many years, sometimes deserved other times not. It is stupid and belongs in Eastern Europe and all the other eurotrash.
