How do i reboot?

My laptop was a cheap crappy thing from comet, but i only needed it for ebay, and bits like BE however i use it for work as well so next time i will know to buy a better one. xxxxx

Just shut it down and restart it.

Press the download box at the top of the page,next page scroll down you will see spybot search and destroy,hit the download box next to it.........

Its the first one you come to

Hi

Cant do the spybot one as it says the files are corrupt and to download a different version.

However i have on my pc now Avg , Adwatch and ad-aware i was unable to download alarmzone for some reason.

But i have the others so will i be ok now xxxxx

1) Go into the link I posted

2)Look under Anti-Spyware ( pink box )

3) click under Spybot search and destroy 1.5

4) Then click the green download latest version ( on the right )

5) Then click run

It should take seconds to download,its amazing what it finds.You will need to run it once a week or so,it does not take long........

Reporting back to Jdr - I have downloaded crapcleaner and with great success

There were loads of old cookies and goodness knows what in there, the list went on and on showing things I though were long deleted

Now my pc is running a lot faster and I am thrilled to bits

Well done glad it improved it, don`t forget to do it every so often and also run the defrag program I gave a link to, that will keep all the files close to each other so that the PC can read them quicker.
