Oh dear, the british weather has a lot to answer for :curse:

The waters back on and I have just had a lovely hot shower and washed all the hairdressers gunk out of my hair.

Good for you there that didnt take long, have you ever had one of them days where you just cant be bothered, well I am today,Iv thought of allsorts I can be getting on with, clean oven, fridge, sort me wardrobe out and give stuff to charity, start going through all the drawers and have a chuck out,Iv cleaned my makeup bag out,Iv come to the conclusion the best way forward today is to have a nice hot jaccuzzi bath and go back to bed and then try and get out the right side

Monday
*groan*

Tuesday
*groan*

Wednesday
*groan*

Thursday
*major groan*

In anticipation of Friday's *massive groan* ......NOT!

What a crappy week....and it's not even over yet!

Does anyone out there have any tips for relaxation? I feel like I'm a tight spring just about ready to explode and take off into the bright blue skies. I don't want anything relating to booze......been there, done that and have the t-shirt etc! Please don't mention Yoga either. Yoga was something I did in my very early years and if anyone mentions it to me again, I may even scream. I need something simple, that you don't have to study for 2 years.......something to just make me relax....HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Relaxing bath in something nice smelling, candles, soft lighting and gentle ambient moods type music. Let your mind drift in a dozing way and you will feel the benefit quite quickly.

Why not light a few candles, run a nice warm bubbly bath and go and have a nice de-stressing soak

I think the combination of that song, a deserted beach and a tent for the weekend would work wonders!

Thanks Matt

Now, all that remains is to find that deserted beach without any noisey tourists....I'm probably asking for the impossible to happen....I always do

It always works for me. Can you not leave your mobile with hubby while you have a soak?

You have probably hit on the best de-stresser there by saying about switching off the mobiles.

Thanks Rosemary!

I think the problem is my mind and where it drifts.....I need to find that switch and position it on "off"
