Nope no consolation Im so fed up Im even thinking of going to clean the oven
I went across fields this morning got soaked through,my jeans were covered in mud ,spent ages yesterday cleaning and polishing my kitchen,to have our George return this morning and have a good old shake

there that didnt take long,have you ever had one of them days where you just cant be bothered,well I am today,Iv thought of allsorts I can be getting on with,clean oven,fridge,sort me wardrobe out and give stuff to charity,start going through all the drawers and have a chuck out,Iv cleaned my makeup bag out,Iv come to the conclusion the best way forward today is to have a nice hot jaccuzzi bath and go back to bed and then try and get out the right side

What a crappy week....and it's not even over yet!
Does anyone out there have any tips for relaxation? I feel like I'm a tight spring just about ready to explode and take off into the bright blue skies. I don't want anything relating to booze......been there, done that and have the t-shirt etc! Please don't mention Yoga either. Yoga was something I did in my very early years and if anyone mentions it to me again, I may even scream. I need something simple, that you don't have to study for 2 years.......something to just make me relax....HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

I think the problem is my mind and where it drifts.....I need to find that switch and position it on "off"
