I moved your post to Spain, where you will get more feedback.
I cant help you with that specsavers. I used the one in Javea and they were quite bad. I had to take my glasses back repeatedly before they were OK, and then in 12 months the colour off the frames all came away

I cleaned them regularly with the cloth provided but after a month noticed that they were VERY badly scratched.
I went back to them and showed them only to be told that it was my fault! I asked what the coating was meant to do if not protect them and they just said 'tough'.
Mmmmm. Not good and niot very good customer service.
Anyone any other recommendation? I've asked in the usual shops (spanish opticians) but they want to charge me nearly 3 or 4 times as much just for one pair - I simply couldn't afford that!

I've also had a bad experience with specsavers in Javea. I bought a pair of specs with an anti-scratch coating.

my OH went there last time & is delighted with all 3 pairs of specs - different types of lenses for driving & indoors & a spare pair
you can even share the offer between 3 people - I'll be going with the kids soon - they'll get a pair each & I'll get some prescription sunglasses

I was going to try them as I'd been to Specsavers in the UK and needed new contact lenses - however, my neighbour told me the opticians by Iceland, miramar, Fuengirola was better so I went there (easier to park, do other shopping etc) and they've been great. I have my new lenses in and they were much cheaper than I anticipated too!!!

I've not used them personally but a friend went there for some multifocals as they had previously used Specsavers in the UK.
They had to go back 3 times and have them remade as they just weren't right.
Eventually they gave up, got their money back and went elsewhere.

Try Glasses direct online, you 'll need a Uk address though as they won't post abroad, everyone I know who uses them, praises them

I took mine back after the colour came off the frames, and they told me that it was a reaction to sweat. I explained that I'm not someone that sweats that much, and anyway the frames dont touch my face! The also as good as said said that it was tough.

I get my contacts mail order from Specsavers in UK - they mail them for 5 GBP. They are about 40% less than Speccies Javea & when I saw their ad saying they were cheap, went in & queried it. The words off & fobbed spring to mind!
I'd avoid unless you are minted & not bothered.

If you are working in the holiday industry (bar work etc) you will not earn much money, i would just treat it as as working holiday (good experience anyway)
