Re: ILLEGAL BRITISH IPTV STREAMS SHUT DOWN
I have heard a rumour (totally unfounded of course) that Alki David is doing this totally for free as a service to the public out of the kindness of his heart.
 After all being Greek-Cypriot (although born in Nigeria), heir to the Coca-Cola Hellenic Shipping and Bottling company, he doesn't need to the money. His current net worth is belived to be $1.9billion. He is married to Jennifer Stanos (his 3rd wife) who is a former model, swimwear designer and owner of Faith Swimwear, who appears to not be short of a bob or two. So when people who have been lured into his net with promises of free this and free that but are now complaining because they are being charged for it, charged for upgrades, charged for the better HD service, they should remember that he doesn't really need the money. they should also remember that this all started off as a "puppy-dog sale". It works every time :p |

 funny thing, I use the internet all day for business, I have never used it to watch a film - but I do watch a little bit of Spanish terrestial (in the evenings) and don't pay a penny for it. |

As per my post about EXPAT TV there are some with few scruples who are out to take your money. I have Europa for normal viewing, and FilmOn for programmable HD recording. Simples tchhhhhh The new kid on the block is NTV (Loads for your money, including Sky). Anyone looking to dump satellite, this could be the answer. You can even get 1 weeks free trial of the UK premium package :) John :):);) |

Re: ILLEGAL BRITISH IPTV STREAMS SHUT DOWN
EX-PAT TV (as advertised on here), also looks to be another good option, with a claim of 0.5 Mbps min speed required.
It's a Set-top box £99.00 with a choice of packages with monthly payments, and a free trial period, money back guarantee. John :):);) |
Re: ILLEGAL BRITISH IPTV STREAMS SHUT DOWN
Saxy you obviously have not read the rest of their splurge. with a 1.2mps required to say nothing about their claims about the loss of reception in europe.
Of course there could be more than one EXPAT TV to make the water even muddier. |

So now i use internet TV... As some people will find out if sky stops for them.. to lose alot of programmes is negligence can't be a***d to get a bigger dish ?? improve on the LNB ?? signal loss due to the quality of cable ?? further signal loss due to connections in the cable ?? and you pay out to get what you could get for free (even if it would be outside the agreed contract terms) |

As i said we lost all the good channels here in the Canaries when sky moved and im not paying ,€2000 on a big dish...im happy with internet TV..
there are many hundreds if not thousands of channels up there only a millimetre away. even the fitting of a motor with all that entails shouldn't be anywhere near that cost. |
