Camposol is in the middle of a brown barren desert with very little vegetation. Buyers are putting in cheeky offers of half the asking price because they know that house prices in Camposol are continuing to fall. You need to be clinically insane to buy a property in Camposol given its reputation for high unemployment, burglary, subsidence, prefab concrete rubbish and English Chav lager-lout ghetto. If you buy a property in Camposol for your Grandchildren they will never get a job there and will be living in a property that is unsellable that you couldn't even give away. Buying a place there for just 20,000 euros is just like flushing 20,000 euros down the toilet. Buying a property in Camposol is the worst investment that you can make. There are lots of better ways of getting a decent return on 20,000 than buying a tip in Camposol.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!!!! Brown barren desert? well I have a house there , and I haven't seen it yet!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA Carry on mate...you are making a right fool of yourself!!!

I've now started looking on Google maps to see where this place is. It's the one just inland from Cartagena right? (the Ave fast train is due to go there). And just across from Lorca? Close to several regional nature parks too.
I wasn't looking for a place myself, but I know someone who could certainly be interested at 45k for a two bedroomed place. Looks more appealing the more I look into this.

It doesn't seem very democratic though to ban someone cos you don't like the message. Campomar problems are all over on google wether you agree with them or not.

Back in 2005 we rented for a week to check the place out, and came back a month later to buy the first villa we saw! We paid a premium price to be closer to the action.
