Looks pretty rational to me. I'm not saying it was justified, of course, but I don't think it was motivated by religion. Like most wars, religion is just a façade used to cover up a deeper hatred. It was an attack on wealth, just like the Russian and French revolutions were.[/QUOTE]

There are lots of bombs going off in Saudi etc.

as the Gulf States are sponsoring terrorism why would they allow it to interfere with their way of life - where the ruling 5% have absolute power over the other 95% who to a greater extent live in poverty.
