There are lots of bombs going off in Saudi etc.
Terrorism in Saudi Arabia is unleashed by radical Islamic fighters. Their targets include foreign civilians—mainly Westerners affiliated with its oil-based economy—as well as Saudi civilians and security forces. Anti-Western attacks have occurred in Saudi Arabia dating back to 1995.

as the Gulf States are sponsoring terrorism why would they allow it to interfere with their way of life - where the ruling 5% have absolute power over the other 95% who to a greater extent live in poverty.
