I was always under the impression that the selling of lottery tickets in Spain was the preserve of the charity for the blind and they alone could sell them.

Obviously not the case anymore wth all the lottery shops lying around.

There are two separate lottery companies - ONCE (sold by blind and disabled people on the street and in kiosks) and the state-owned Lotería Nacional, sold in shops bearing the blue and white sign.
