I'll also be at the Monaco and SPA (yay the best track in f1 is back!) and hopefully make it to the Germany and UK race too if anyone is around!

BTW: If you're a real F1 'geek' then you must check out the mentioned www.formula1.com and make an account as you get access to all the live timings that the pits and presenters have! It actually makes following what is really going on much easier than listening to the TV presenters waffling on!

www.itv-f1.com has also started streaming practice days too!
Thanks for that Zel. I'm only about 25 mins away from the new circuit, so I may relent and consider going!

Have you had a wonder around the area? from the looks of photos of the development of the area I've seen it looks like it should turn into world class event, tho obviously nothing beats Monaco

It should bring a lot of investment into the area!

Apart from the actual Dock area, which was done for the America's Cup last year, the rest is still really a building site!, but not been down there for a month or so.

Yep, can quite believe it! Spent the WHOLE day trying like mad to get onto El Corte Inglés site, the phone line for Bancaja was permanently engaged and even the site Tim gave me went into meltdown and was down completely. I even got up in the middle of the night to try all the sites again. Now today, the only tickets I seem to be able to get are the way too expensive ones at €450 plus, each!!!! I just couldn´t stretch to that with paying hotels, etc for the weekend.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to you all for your help, especially Tim; tried sending you some Karma but wasn´t allowed to so will do as soon as I can.

Keep an eye out on on Ebay in Spain/UK/Germany/France as normally you get the odd people who have bought them and can't go or to profit out of and find out no-one is willing to pay extra.

That is what we have been discussing over the last page or so! Especially the prices!
Where abouts are you planning to camp?

I'm off to the Catalunya race for tomorrow, driving over so if anyone is going from here lemme know!

Not staying overnight, so as soon as the race is over I'm driving to Brussels so no chance of going for a drink unfortunately, but would be good to meet up if anyone is going?
