I presume it is part of the 'having a better life' that makes immigrants move to another country like UK or Spain, or USA or other. If they work, contribute and pay taxes as most have and do why is that wrong?

From: Finally now living in Lo Marabu, Rojales, and it feels like home

Are you saying its good for women to have a baby in Pakistan where education is not good and then become a burden and add their children to the UK's state funded education system ?
That does not answer the question I asked, in fact its kind of skirted right round it. so my feeling is that maybe you think it is ok for Pakistani born children to just be allowed to enter the UK and join our already full state education system.
I think though if they think the children they create will not have a good life in there own home country then maybe such people should think twice about having kids, or move and get a job first if one is available.

The question was :-

If there is room for them and a job for them, or they are self sufficient, then yes of course.

Yes, they should have jobs and be self sufficient as you said.
I don't think people think in those terms before having children. Do you know the status of contraception in Pakistan? No, I thought not!!
The whole point of my suggestion that schooling is important for some, is to refute the suggestion made so many times by Me Me and jackytoo that Muslims do not care for their girls.

No I am not an expert on Islam and Muslims but living in a country where there are millions, where they are 'everyday' people, -friends, neighbours, a few relatives--yes they do marry Hindus occasionally! I think I know something about them!!!

Then do not read it if it upsets/annoys you so much.
You should know by now what to expect on certain threads.

As I said I was pointing out that Muslim families do care for their girls.

This lunatic is head of a small minority party and held up to ridicule by all others. It exists mainly in one state (UP). It is not a socialist party as you would know it.
Last general election they got about 20 seats out of 500+, this time will probably get none.
The Socialist Party is the Congress party who are in Government at the moment.
General election voting has started now, it will go on state by state over the next few weeks.

You could just as well put on a link showing nothing but beauty and wonder.
Neither are typical of the entire 28 states.
Just hope for a change of government at the General election and the corrupt Congress Party, Nehru dynasty, successors of the British are out of power.

You really are one the thickest, saddits and most unpleasant individuals that it has been my and I suspect others misfortune to come across in the community of Forums.
You pretend to care for the welfare of women but clearly have no interest in what happens to any of them unless the abuser happens to come from a community that your clearly despise and yet admit you know nothing about.

Taken from an article in on of the Sundays.
Sara was 7 when she was raped by her nannys son.
Maria was punched repeatedly in the face by a stranger who groped her on a train. Between 2001 aand 2011 50,000 women were killed in gender based acts of violence.
" women who wear clothes that show off their bodies deserve to be attacked "
Rape cases in ???? ( just a part of this country ) increased by 57% between 2008 and 2012.
This is one of the fastest growing economies in the world.
Hint , it is NOT a muslim country ??

I am a bit perplexed by the following:
“If rape happens with or without consent, it should be punished as prescribed in Islamâ€, Mr Azmi told the Mid-Day website.
I always thought that rape was ALWAYS WITHOUT CONSENT, otherwise it would not be rape.
But then again I know nowt about Islam.
or I really know all I want to about it.

He is 'leader' of a small fringe self-made party mainly acting in UP one of the 28 states. He is not and will not be in a position to influence any laws.
The press love to get hold of these stories.
