As I have explained above twice! This man is a 'lunatic', figure of fun in India.
(Not an Islamic country, although home to millions of Muslims).
He is 'leader' of a small fringe self-made party mainly acting in UP one of the 28 states. He is not and will not be in a position to influence any laws.
The press love to get hold of these stories.

Infact it is people that think like him that live in the UK, that are responsible for honour killings.

It might interest you to know that in India there are different laws for Muslims in some areas of law, eg property law. This was introduced by the British and no subsequent government would dare to change this because of losing votes.
Better say, before you think differently, the latter laws are mainly property the criminal justice system is obviously universal.

Oh well if it is Rwanda, I don't think it will be much consolation to a woman who has been raped and has had her children butchered to know that the country has more female MPs than the UK.
