Re: Costa Esuri - Ayamonte Part 6

Hi Mitzyboy,

Is it very difficult to do, honestly?
I've given the first two post numbers and the dates. The remaining posts may or may not be added when a "search this thread" with the keywords "entidad urbanistica", and separately, "EUC", is done to the thread entitled "COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE".
I understand that to start a new thread with so many previous posts is a chore. However, perhaps a link pointing to the posts made following the date17th Decemer 2008 on the above mentioned thread would be enough? Is it do-able?

Carol

P.S. Many thanks!

Difficult, no .... time consuming .... very!
I could use the search facility, but that is not going to find all the posts is it. So you are going to have a very disjointed new thread

Many thanks Mitzy but where is it?

You were quick I have been back and forth looking for the start and was going to compile a list.

By the way I seem to have two CE part 6 threads each current with about 130 posts on each.

No, this is Costa Esuri - Ayamonte that you are posting in, the trouble is they have been moved from the CE6 thread and the one before that, and therefore are individually titled CE6 or whatever. By doing it as I have been asked to, all we have done is move search related posts across. As I originally inferred, its not going to be perfect by any means

Right on Mitzy I just looked at the first page and it seemed a straight take on CE Part 6

Would it be possible to introduce EUC into the thread title and that would be perfect. It all seems to be there including the first post by P Tinks and some of my early ones but more importantly we will a) be able to find stuff on this very important topic and b) others will find it from a google search if they look for EUC despite where in Spain they live it is a very emotive topic especially if it costs upward of €240 a year for the smallest house.

Many thanks for the effort John.

Now you know why the mods have been trying to get individual threads posted, so much easier to find stuff. ;-))

Here, here, well done and big thanks to Mitzyboy. Personally, I really like the separate threads, so much easier to keep up to date. I can then enjoy dipping into the "old" thread for all the odds and sods (topics that is, not people!!).

Perhaps, in future, you can avoid the problem happening again by making sure that new topics are always posted as a separate thread.

Mitzy was kind to you this time - it may not be the same next time:):)

Now, if you lot had your own moderator - come on, someone must be up for it.:fingerscrossed:

Mitzy Boy

THANKS !!...much appreciated. I like the loooooooong thread very much but it does make sense to put certain topics such as the EUC on its own. Problem is we have nattered away for a while b4 we realise it deserves a thread of its own.

All the best to you

Mel

That's why you need your own mod to unravel it when necessary!;)

Hi John, in a bad mood today? I've never been told off by you before!

I started this as I heard there was no realtime bilingual meeting and have posted a lot over the past few days on this. I also am very suspicious about where the money is/will go with the EUC. But I think Im done now with these comments - otherwise I just repeat myself.

Just took a little break to respond to another post.... hope alls well with you

Hi:)

Last EUC meeting was only in Spanish ( I was there) and some British owners complained about it to the Administrators and to the Mayor . Pelayo Móron Pendas was occasionally translating some things to Steven Tipper.

The EUC budget for 2009 is: 932.000,00€

The EUC president is the Mayor
Vicepresidente: Dña Josefa Marquez Soares (local builder)
Secretario: Pelayo Morón Pendas
Tesorero:Stephen Tipper
Vocales: Jose Ignacio Fernández de Jodar and Rafael Jesús Cuadrado Ramos (Martinsa-Fadesa)

The EUC Administrators are Lopez & Gutierrez (lawyers & condominium management).
Comfort Servi is the company employed to do the security, cleaning, gardeners and maintenance in all Esuri. Comfort Servi also works in all the Esuri urbanisations administrated by ADA.
The EUC fees will be charged in the future as the council tax.

This is all I know from last EUC meeting.

Regards
