... And yet the country is lower than 72 other countries in terms of cases, we in the UK are higher than them.... So is Spain.... By a huge way. But the Somalis are block so it's worse right?

She is factually incorrect in many of her posts. It does not help with the debate.

0.7% prevalence, lower than Portugal, Ukraine and Latvia, lower than Barbados.... Much lower than Russia, Spain is .4% the UK .3% but the figures are almost three times higher in both countries so while the percentage is higher the actuall numbers are much much lower, 140,000 in Spain compared to 24,000 in Somalia.... Not my figures by the way, the CIA's factbook.

Of course a vicious civil war that has been going on for over20 years and famine have no bearing on the situation in Somalia.

The scale of fighting going on now with modern weapons is way above anything that happened before. As we know the big powers used and still use the various factions to suit their own interests. oil, minerals etc etc.
