All,religions have the right to freedom in the UK, births, deaths, marriages, they are all governed by religious law as well as "state" law so I fail to see what the issue is. As already stated Jewish legal practices already exist here in the UK, adhered to by Jews, no one else HAS to follow them so this is simply an extension of that. No one is being forced to make their wills according to Sharia Law because of this new legislation, it simply legitimises those wills under "state" law no?
