You really do have a persecution complex, I think you need to mix with actual people instead of feeding your own paranoia talking to virtual people on the net.

You could also be suffering from a lack of vitamin D, which is obtained through sunlight, the glow from the screen is NOT a substitute for natural light. Vitamin D affects ones mood and the amount of lead in the pencil.
