Alicante to Benidorm Bus

Coming to visit Benidorm tomorrow after 5 years. Anyone knows when is the last bus from Alicante train station to Benidorm please. Many thanks for your info.

If the cafe/ice cream is resky, is buying a B+B business or buying a property and run air bnb in tourist area(say Malaga, Benidorm) less risky

Interesting data to read:
Nov 18th 2015 Pounds/Euro rate was 1.43
Yesterday when I posted this thread, Pounds/Euro rate was 1.33
Today Pounds/Euro rate is 1.30
less that 2-month, nearly 10% down...

For Brits already in Spain, it may be hypothetical situations. For people planing to move, they will face the exchange rate reality (though not necessarily 1:1).

History always repeats itself. Lets don't forget just before the crash, waves of Brits moved to Coast Blanca (retired to or other reasons). Many of them had to return to UK. The exchange rate of GBP...

Seen a lots of discussions of moving to Spain recently. When your GBP is 1.3-1.4 Euros, it makes sense. However, with every sliding GBP (It had been near 1Euro before), will you think hard?

Thanks for you post. Can you explain why you think rent is a better option please. I know rental is cheap now. But not that low, in a longer term, rent may not stay low.
