Is anyone able to advise of the current price for a transfer/taxi from Alicante airport to Benidorm?
Is it cheaper to book in advance or grab a taxi on arrival?

Book always if you can.
A taxi can run to nearly €100 if you drag one from the rank..........

They do a good service, I have no connection and have never used them but I know people who have.
Private transfers run at about €60.00

You can also get the bus, but you will still need a taxi from there (the bus station is just off the N332)

Or airport bus to Plaza Luceros(centre Alicante city) and tram to Benidorm change from 10€.

I thought one can take bus from Alicante Airport to Benidorm directly. Am I wrong?

Thanks, I assume that is 60 each way as I have found 110 for a return trip.

We don't land til 10pm so don't want the hassle of jumping on a bus

Benidorm bus station yep, but its on the outskirts of Benidorm.
So you still need a taxi or a lift from there....

Doubt it, but more economical.

The trams are half price until 2024.
We went to the MARQ yesterday to see the Chinese Terracotta Warriors and the tram from Cala Finestrat to the MARQ station was less than €5 return...
