If you want a 59 day visa you will need to apply for one at the Phil embassy in London.
Alternatively,when you arrive they will give you a 30 day visa free stay..Before the 30 days expire you will...

When he arrives he will have a visa free stay for 30 days..You have to go too immigration before the 30 days expire to apply to stay up to 59 days.. After that you can extend but they will ask him...

If you get married he can then apply for a 13a residence visa which allows him to work. The only yearly fees after the visa is granted is 310.00 Pesos and ACR card renewal every 5 years.

We just got an email from the Brit consul.They say that a Filipino lawyer or judge will have to do.
How I wish that the British embassy would once again do their most important job and assist Brits...

Pretty sure that your GF would have to do the legwork and get her own permits etc.
Now you mention "family",it may be a far better idea to choose another island,far far away....

We make our own bacon these days.Really old fashioned type bacon and ham. Takes 6 days and is better than UK bacon from supermarket.
