really, no where in the world and in democratic countries the courts write laws and no one here asked the court to write any law

if the experience at the time of application counts than why they would verify if you are working at new place or not? they should be doing verification from old employer

you can't send a email directly to the CO, he won't give you any information since you had authorized your agent for communication , only agent with his/her registered email can contact DIAC

I think the 'old' principle being followed by DIAC was also same i.e. they won't give you back your application saying that it is finished but will make the processing so slow that you will yourself...
