My dear there is a hug difference between EEC and IELTS charges.

If applicant can do IELTS then EEC is not advisable. Otherwise descison is left to applicant as per his/her personal circumstances.

Don't be confused with the visa grant and processing.

Visa processing will continue even if they are over with visa limit. Only those who are waiting only for grant have to wait till 1st July in...

DIAC has clearly slow down the visa processing that could be possible due to end in visa. Nobody is quite sure about it, only DIAC knows the secret.

Yes, ZeeAsh is right, they are curretly issuing state sponsorship visas from the few visa left for this year's quota.

Yes, you are also right, there is always be a risk of CSL change, MODL change....

I have observed slowdown in Case Officer allocation and visa grant for last 1 week. That may be the reason of end of visa for this fiscal year.

My documents are marked as Met since 8-May that is closer to month.

My dear this is reality. All time is depends upon how soon agencies of your home coutries respond.

Security and external checks are not for every one. They pick applications randomly.

Your application might not be subject to security checks and you may get your visa in few days.

I am exactly in your situation.

But reply to my PLE they said my application is under routine...
