Listening, understanding and sympathising hugely. I can imagine just how stressful it is, not just the nights where it all kicks off but all the others where you can't relax for fear it's going to :(

Although you have no guarantees you won't find boyracers doing doughnuts at the end of your track or that the bellowing cows won't drive you insane at certain times of the year ...

You have my absolute sympathy on this BEVS. We once had rowdy neighbours in the UK and I can't believe the stress it caused us. We're renting here in Cambridge and I was really worried about noise,...
