Thank god for that.
No-one should reasonably expect to go through what you've been through BEVS, but good on you for sticking to your guns and not resolve yourself to defeat in having to re-locate or any of that nonsense.
Pubs are supposed to be part of the community, not driving wedges in to it and dividing it!!
Clearly having the involvement of someone who is, at best shonky, is not conducive to this.

oh gosh No, hope the council see sense and not allow it. I assume you have a right to object and can show the previous problems with this sort of establishment
