Bring the heat on....its awful, wet & dam right miserable over here at the moment! I cant wait for some sunshine.

I really hope we fall in love with the place, then make the leap of moving out...

Thanks Annie.....I think we are going to book two nights at the Central Dockside in Brisbane then head to either Coffs or Port as you said.

I think with the market you may be best renting it out......if you can afford it that is.

We may have to do the same but if it doesnt sell maybe drop the payments to interest only till it sells?

Awww no what a terrible experience...I really hope the flight is better at Xmas! I am praying the flight is quiet so we can spread out and sleep....not much good if the arms rests stick.

We have just booked tickets flying out on Xmas Day......I believe they are supposed to be really good, bigger seats, better meals etc compared to some of the others!
