Hi Chrissy990 Nope. Still no refund. 54 weeks. Just emailed. I get a bland, unhelpful reply every time. Apparently my refund was sent to finance in Nov 2015.....and its still there.

yup I know how you feel. We didn't spend that amount luckily! BUT I went alone on the train to get my IELTS test in the middle of no-where with no-one I knew. I spent my entire maternity leave...

Hi. I got my paperwork in for a refund which was accepted in November 2015. Im on week 38 waiting for a refund. I've emailed them relentlessly.....I can't bring myself to speak to them.

AND my boyfriend also got an Ipod from my mum and dad this year. Cost her about $120-$150. Said gift on the customs form and stated what was in the box and how much it cost and never got stung....
