After chasing my medicals I a statement from DIMIA suggest that there are now assessing applications lodged in April 2005.

Very good question, I was hopeing someone would reply. I did a little digging around on the forum, and it appears that some people received their visa 2-3 months after CO allocation.

Basically AVJENNINGS whom we visited some of their builds in QLD, also have developments in Sydney, and we do like some of them.

I guess our initial rental thoughts were upto $500 pw, but would prefer $350ish.

So where can I get a 3 bed house in good family area for that sort of money.

Within or upto 1 hours cummutable compares nicely to what I currently do in the UK.

What I am looking for is nice area, good schools,shops,beach if poss or short drive, etc, etc

Has anyone gone over on a 457 sponsorship by Greythorn as an IT Contractor, and can offer some advice.

Including any recommendations, issues, support etc,etc..
