Congrats Cas!!! Really pleased for you both. 
We are still here in cold Stoke on Trent but flying to Melbourne on 14th Sept!!
We too have PR and altho' its taken us longer than getting a temp business visa it's much better to have PR.

I cant wait to get the text message on Monday morning!!!!
Just think, in 2 weeks you will have your new PR & new Rav and I will have my new HOUSE!!!! Things are definatly looking up!! All I can say is Simpson Desert, here we come!!!!

got my aknowledgement today and CO! getting excited, got to send a few docs, and still havent got my registration yet and they want that too
still, got 28days so hopefully....

I guess one other issue of a 457 is that no-one is likely to lend you money to buy a property or are they?
