Yeah seems like it. You can get a 3 bedroom villa for around 120k. They are around 2600 sq ft.

Yeah the DG gets quite hectic.

There is no certainty about the area being developed further in the near future. However, judging by the rental prices it's a small unconvenience to deal with.

thats what i thought mate but it was a pretty small studio. ive now uncreased my budget to 150 and hopefully find a decent 1 bed for that. i hear prices will be a bit more sensible next year.
