sorry yet another question!

Its very hard to find an apartment on the net. ive bin working out my budget so was just wondering whether i could get a studio apartment in a nice place for about 75,000 aed.

well, since you have signed its a bit tricky obviously, and i am sure they are well aware of the situation here. but without knowing what field you are in, you have nothing to lose by asking but be careful that if you make any sort of demand, be prepared to act on it...i,e
