Default Al Sufouh Tram station

Hi guys,

I read an article saying the Al Sufouh tram station is planned to open in December. Apparently it will run down to Jumeirah Road. For a minute I did contemplate moving back to the marina from the greens. However, after seing the proposed line, not sure how this will help people on a day to day basis if there will be no major stops.

The only good thing is that it will connect to the Mall of the emirates.

Your thoughts.....?

I pass by every day and there is not a chance it will function in December. I think I saw the newspaper article where it said the trams would arrive in December. From memory I think the metro trains arrived about a year or so before that opened.

No idiot, I read it in the National and Gulf News. I am only stating what the article reported and the conversation was more on the potential of the project and its improvement of the area.

According to Gulf news it's Q4 2014. Which probably means mid 2015.
