hi

you ONLY get the case officers name when you are requested for Meds/Pcc. so you are a looooong way off (8 or 9 mos) from getting their name. Calling to find out who that person is will not help...

Front end loading is when you provide the Medicals and the Police Checks with the application, there are many posts in the immigration forum that explain this and the risks, it's a matter of timing.....

There is a con with front loading I think. If you apply now, you will be getting assessed way passed end of June, meaning aspc will have slowed down, so you are taking a risk.
