So as far as I know you have to be resident in the UK for them to serve you with a CCJ. Also depending on the wording on the agreement i.e. if it is subject to british credit laws then it might not...

Reading on the UCIS website that it is a requirement to carry your Green Card with you at all times.

Keen to see if people actually do this? Seems a bit of a worry to me as losing it entails more...

Hi,

My employer is putting me through the Green Card process. Once this is completed do I have to stay working for them? Or can I leave at anytime once I have the card in my hand to find work...

Sorry I should have cleared that up, she come in on a Bunac work program for approx 6 weeks then back to the UK. She then lived in the UK for those 10 years and we just moved over a few months ago on...

Hi All,

Saw an advert on the web for a credit card that Bank of America have in partnership with Virgin Atlantic for newcomers to the US.
