Looking at the Aldar website they show Type A 3 bed Villas 255 sqm and Type S 3 bed Villas 244 sqm.

They dont show any townhouses though - does anyone know whether the townhouses are basically...

Looks like Budget Rent a Car take cash deposits - and I should be able to rent a medium sized car for around 2,500 AED a month which is not too bad

its beacuse the rules have recently changed - we had to go through the same process - its a pain in the ass but so long as you are well prepared and turn up early it can be sorted out in a day...
