Hi

Up until September last year you didn't need a qualification, just experience, but I'm afraid now you do. (Pathway D).

I'm no expert but I'd recommend getting some advice from an agent....

Just like us, myOH had worked at the same place for 12 years!
I'd get 2 copies to be on the safe side, as you have to send an original to TRA, and need an original to either scan for...

You have to get extremely detailed references for every job he's had (from qualification to now), if you can't get them then a statutory declaration is the way forward.

We wrote the references out...

Hi!

I'm in exactly the same boat - my 7 year old has a tantrum when we even mention the possibility of moving to Oz to "give it a try";
the housing market is apparently not going to recover for...

I'm no expert but my OH is a Chef - Im 99% sure he needs 4yrs experience and qualification if he is to go for a skilled visa 175 before his 45 birthday...... BUT....there is always the sponsorship...

I think they check you height n weight (BMI) etc, but I think that if you are otherwise OK ..... er ...you'll be OK! (ie. you wont be a drain on their medical funds or resources).

FINALLY managed to finish uploading our documents - kept getting the old 500 error but got there in the end. :D

I also called the Registery Office in the Town I was born (other end of the country), it cost about £7.50 and was delivered within the week!

Anyone can certify your documents that is on the list to countersign a passport.

So sorry to hear your news. What did you send with your application? Surely the C&G copy certs/syllabus and reference from employer at that time should suffice?

We are awaiting TRA results. I've already told my family and they are very supportive (to be honest Im not sure they believe us)?

Oh forgot to say that they also sent me the original 100 page booklet if anyone's THAT keen!?? :o)

We are just starting the TRA process, and we cant find anywhere course content for C&G 7061/7062.
I know C&G no longer do this course. Does anyone know where we can...
