I think most of the companies have their preferred vendors who supply majority of required manpower to them and this way they don't need to get into the hassels of searching people in the market....

I think same query has been answered clearly by Mr Miller many times that the 1 yr clause is not an issue. A search in this forum will clear your doubt.

you are right. What ever i have mentioned doesnt apply for countries which are exempted from visa to enter Canada. Rest all have to get a visa along with their study/work permit.

Currently the FSW AOR time line from Buffalo is 16-20 weeks but some one in this forum has indicated that CEC AOR is taking only 2 weeks.This will definitely increase with more and more people...
