I think we included TOO much and he couldnt be bothered reading it all.
my other half moved into my house which had mortgage in my name, plus bills in my name so we were short on official type docs,...

We made our application, sent them everything, now they have come back saying they want more (!) evidence. Our document was hundreds of pages!!!!!!
We are stressing :(

We are trying for a spouse (309) visa and they came back to us asking for the form 80 to be filled in :D

how much more info will they need I ask!!!

We have just handed in our completed Spouse Visa application and did not use immigration lawyers/migrant agents.

Its a mission, but with the forums and common sense, plus the very comprehensive...

When the OH gave payment details at the counter, they said 10 working days would be usual at the moment to hear back from immigration in London to our email account.

Has Anyone recently had a visa approved, OFF SHORE IN LONDON?

I called Immigration today and they said that even front loaded it would take 12 weeks!
